Granted the fact that Half-Life 2: Aftermath is powered by same game engine that Half-Life 2 itself is based on (the Source engine), the system requirements will probably be identical. With that said, if you are able to run Half-Life 2 decently at an excellent resolution (1024x768-1600x1200) with all whistles and bells enabled (model detail, texture detail, anti-aliasing, texture filtering, water detail, shadow detail, shader detail, hardware/software DirectX level, and etc all set to high...) you'll probably have no trouble running nor maintaining a reasonable frame-rate in Half-Life 2: Aftermath at those same precise configured settings.
